MAT PILATES
Mat-based Pilates is a low-impact, bodyweight exercise system performed on a floor mat. It focuses on building core strength, flexibility, posture, and muscular control through deliberate, breath-guided movements. Mat Pilates relies on gravity and your own body to provide resistance. Our classes follow mainly classical movements, however we occasionally blend contemporary movements and accessories such as the magic circle and bands into our classes. Expect a welcoming and safe class environment, upbeat music, and a Comprehensive Pilates trained coach doing the movements and offering adjustments alongside you.
Mat work is foundational to the entire Pilates practice. Mat, towels, and accessories all provided in studio.

STRENGTH
One of our higher intensity offerings, our strength class is a 45 minute class divided into rowing on our Concept2 Row Ergs, mat strength work utilizing your body weight, dumbbells, bands and other fitness equipment accessories, and running or walking on our Woodway Treadmills. We finish the class with a few mins of dynamic stretching and mobility. This class focuses on form and our coaches perform the movements along side you, guiding you every step of the way.

BOOTCAMP60
Ready to get your heart pumping and find the perfect balance of cardio and strength? Welcome to Bootcamp60! This is our only 60 minute fitness class offering and our highest intensity. Expect a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format, moving between our cardio equipment (either our Woodway treadmills or Concept2 row ergs) and strength work on the floor. This class moves quickly through transitions into the next exercise and between mat and cardio to get the most out of every minute. This full body powerhouse will have you “leaving it all in the studio”. We welcome all skill levels to this class, however this class does require you to get on the floor for mat work and incorporates compound movements in a fast paced but encouraging and positive space. As with all our classes, our coaches perform all the movements with you to ensure proper form and never leave you guessing.

RUN
This class is designed for all abilities and levels. 45 minute interval run class with priority focus on form and your own effort on best in class Woodway Treadmills. Our coaches run with you, guiding and supporting you through each interval.

RUN30+ LIFT
This class has it all! We begin each class with a 30 minute interval run with priority focus on form and your own effort on best in class Woodway Treadmills. Our coaches run with you, guiding and supporting you through each interval. We close out each class on the floor with 15 minutes of strength and weights utilizing your body weight, dumbbells and mat (all provided). Our coaches always demo and perform the movements along side you, guiding you every step of the way.

LIFT
45 minute weightlifting class with priority focus on precision and execution. Most classes follow a Block system, with performing a series of exercises in a timed Block, and then repeating for another Block or more. Most classes are low repetitions, allowing for the use of heavy weights. We have a Rogue dumbbell weight system, and have weights ranging from 2lbs through 65lbs. The goal of the Lift class is to build strength, mobility, and lean muscle, while learning and executing proper form for injury prevention. Weightlifting is essential for everyone, especially as we age and begin to lose muscle mass. This class is designed for most abilities, however, please note many exercises utilize a mat and bench and require getting on the floor for some movements. We encourage any modifications as necessary so this class can meet you where you are at.

RESTORE
Low impact endurance and strength building 45 minute incline walking class with sculpting flows utilizing body weight and optional dumbbells and ankle weights. For all skill levels. Perfect for those just getting back into their wellness routine - this class meets you where you're at. Restore builds strength and gently increases cardiovascular capacity. This class is also great for elite athletes craving lower impact movement for cross training.

RESTORE + MAT
Our 45 min classic incline walking Restore class meets mat sculpt with Pilates inspired movements utilizing body weight, balls, bands, and optional dumbbells and ankle/wrist weights. Our Restore + Mat class takes our Restore to a whole new level with sculpting mat work incorporated to improve core strength, range of motion and posture. For all skill levels, although this class does have you working your core on a mat on the floor. Expect an emphasis on deep core work.

BREATHE
60 minute breathwork class in a safe and nurturing space for you to explore the connection between your breath, body, and inner wisdom. This class is for all levels and abilities. You will lay on a mat provided to you in studio.
We hold stress in our body and that affects the way we live our lives. In Breathe class we target your sympathetic nervous system in the first half with an upregulated breath to clear out old energy patterns. In the second half of class, we target your parasympathetic state with a gentler breath to repattern and relax. By guiding you through intentional breathing techniques, you're empowered to release stagnant energy, access deep levels of relaxation, and unlock your inner potential.

SOUND BATH
Our 60 minute sound bath class creates a safe and nurturing space for you to release, relax and reset through sound therapy. This class is for all levels and abilities. You will lay on a mat provided to you in studio. Blankets and props are also available for your comfort. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you’re immersed in healing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. As the sounds wash over you, they help quiet the mind, release tension, and bring the nervous system into balance. It’s like a massage for your soul—restorative, grounding, and energetically cleansing.
